Each session is a meeting with the Divine, not a formula.

Some sessions may require simple pre-homework (reflection, journaling, or prayer) to prepare your heart. A short introductory chat is held before booking to ensure alignment and readiness.
Not all requests will be accepted. If I sense resistance or energetic draining, I may decline a session with love and prayer.
